We had a difficult sloped area at the front of our house in Blaxland that needed excavation, retaining walls, and an extension of our carport slab to allow for a shed.

Genuinely, I didn’t even think it would be possible to transform the space the way we wanted but Andrew absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Scope: Bulk excavation, formed and poured concrete car park, kerbs, catchment areas, surface drainage and an accessible ramp

On this commercial site in Glenmore Park, the existing levels were sending stormwater towards the building. Our team carried out the bulk excavation to reset the levels across the car park and driveway, then formed, reinforced and poured the concrete car park with kerbs, catchment areas and surface drainage to move water where it needed to go.

An accessible wheelchair ramp was built as part of the same scope, so the levels at the ramp, the driveway and the car park all work together.

Rain Gardens and Stormwater, Glenmore Park

Scope: Two engineered rain gardens, civil plumbing and connection to the main stormwater system

The same site needed its stormwater captured and treated before it left the property. We built two engineered rain gardens and completed the civil plumbing to connect them into the main stormwater system, with runoff from the car park split between them.
